Primal Strength PT is Moving to Colorado!

After 9 amazing years in San Diego, Dr. Meghan Helwig is relocating to Fort Collins, Colorado to begin an exciting new chapter.

Her last day seeing clients in San Diego is July 11th, and she would love to connect with you before then.

Going forward, Meghan will continue offering virtual sessions and occasional in-person visits to San Diego.
