Rebuilding with Purpose: My Vision for Primal Strength in This New Season

It feels like divine timing that our new church, Two Rivers, has been walking through the book of Nehemiah over the past two months — right as I’ve been stepping into a new season of rebuilding my business and my life here in Northern Colorado.

Every message about rebuilding with faith, focus, and integrity has landed deep. Nehemiah didn’t rush. He didn’t build without vision. And he didn’t compromise on the foundation. Those same principles have become my guide as I step into this next chapter of Primal Strength Physical Therapy.

1️⃣ The Heart Behind Rebuilding

After closing my San Diego practice and moving closer to family, I knew this next season wasn’t about replicating what I had — it was about rebuilding with purpose.

I’ve been praying for clarity, for alignment, and for the courage to wait for the right opportunities. My goal isn’t to grow fast; it’s to grow right — to build something deeply rooted in faith, integrity, and high-value care.

Like Nehemiah, I’ve learned:

“Don’t pick up a hammer until you’ve prayed for direction.”

This season is about letting God lead the blueprint.

2️⃣ The Core of My Work

At the core of my work is a simple, powerful belief:

When you clear the physical, emotional, and movement-based blocks in the body, you unlock a person’s true potential.

I’m not the traditional “check-the-boxes” PT.
I’m not here to chase symptoms.
And I’m definitely not here to offer quick fixes.

My approach blends:

  • Nervous-system-based physical therapy
  • Breath mechanics
  • Primal movement + mobility
  • Visceral + fascial release
  • Emotional release work
  • Advanced performance treatment
  • TPI assessments for golfers
  • Functional strength patterns

This is physical therapy built around the whole person — not just the painful area, not just the injured tissue, but the entire system.

My vision is clear:

Restore the body. Unlock the person. Elevate the life.

3️⃣ The Vision for Primal Strength PT

This isn’t just a clinic — it’s a mission.
It’s where movement, mindset, and faith meet.

My vision:

  • To serve active adults and golfers across Northern Colorado with faith-driven, science-backed care.
  • To create a space of peace and presence where clients feel seen, not rushed.
  • To help people restore strength at the root — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
  • To build a community that values healing over quick fixes and connection over comparison.

I’m not building a large clinic; I’m building a movement — rooted in God’s guidance, excellence, and integrity.

4️⃣ My Core Values for This Season

Every decision moving forward filters through these values:

  • Faith First: Seek God before strategy. Every door I walk through should align with His peace.
  • Integrity Always: Fairness, honesty, and doing right by people — in every negotiation and relationship.
  • Purpose Over Pressure: I’m not called to do it all, only what’s aligned.
  • Excellence in Care: Deliver high-value treatment to clients who value long-term transformation.
  • Community & Collaboration: Build relationships with other professionals who share a vision for wholeness and impact.

These values aren’t just words — they’re my blueprint for how this new chapter will feel and function.

5️⃣ Moving Forward — With Faith and Focus

Nehemiah’s rebuilding didn’t just restore walls — it restored purpose to a people.
That’s what I want Primal Strength Physical Therapy to do: restore people’s confidence, faith, and movement so they can live strong, grounded, and free.

“Lord, let me build what honors You — nothing more, nothing less.”

If you’re in Fort CollinsLoveland, or anywhere in Northern Colorado, and you’re in your own rebuilding season — physically or spiritually — you’re not alone. We can rebuild together, one intentional step at a time.
